Transactions made through the Knit-ted webshop are processed securely by Shopify payments. All the information exchanged for payment purposes is coded via the SSL protocol. These details cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. And they are not kept in our computer systems.

We want to make your shopping experience secure and enjoyable. That's why we only use the most up-to-date and reliable payment systems. We accept the following payment methods: 

When you have chosen your payment method, you will be asked to fill in your specific payment details. As soon as you've done this and confirmed the transaction, your payment will be processed automatically.

After you've placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.

Knit-ted aims to deliver orders no later than 2 working days after payment has been received, within the Netherlands. However, we cannot guarantee this. To provide you with the best possible service, you can choose where you would like the order to be sent.

Deliveries will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless the customer has asked for their order to be delivered later than this. If we think we will be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed of this promptly and will be entitled to cancel the order free of charge. However, this does not give the customer any right to compensation.

If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be delivered, or only part of it can be delivered, you will be notified of this within 7 working days of placing your order. If this happens, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund from Knit-ted.

Ownership of the delivered products is transferred only if the customer has met the terms of the agreement with Knit-ted.

If you wish to return your item(s), you can return them within 14 days. These 14 days start on the day your order is delivered. We only accept returned products with attached tags, that haven't been worn, washed or damaged. Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost during shipping.

How to return your item(s)?
Please fill in the return form and attach it with your returned item(s) by any parcel service you like. We recommend you to choose the parcel service which is the cheapest for you, as the return costs or on you.
