Customer Support

Payment:
Transactions made through the Knit-ted webshop are processed securely by Shopify payments. All the information exchanged for payment purposes is coded via the SSL protocol. These details cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. And they are not kept in our computer systems.

We want to make your shopping experience secure and enjoyable. That's why we only use the most up-to-date and reliable payment systems. We accept the following payment methods: 

When you have chosen your payment method, you will be asked to fill in your specific payment details. As soon as you've done this and confirmed the transaction, your payment will be processed automatically.

After you've placed your order, you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery:
We are happy to offer you complementary shipping on orders within The Netherlands and Belgium. Knit-ted aims to deliver these orders no later than 2 working days after payment has been received.

For orders outside The Netherlands and Belgium, you will find the shipping costs after filling in your address details during the check-out process. The delivery time depends on the shipping partner.

Deliveries will be made no later than 30 days after receipt of payment, unless the customer has asked for their order to be delivered later than this. If we think we will be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed of this promptly and will be entitled to cancel the order free of charge. However, this does not give the customer any right to compensation.

If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be delivered, or only part of it can be delivered, you will be notified of this within 7 working days of placing your order. If this happens, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund from Knit-ted.



Ownership of the delivered products is transferred only if the customer has met the terms of the agreement with Knit-ted.

Returns:
If you wish to return your item(s), you can return your order within 14 days. These 14 days start on the day your order is delivered. We only accept returned products with attached tags, that haven't been worn, washed or damaged. Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost during shipping.

How do I return my item(s)?
To initiate return, please fill in the attached return form to let us know what you want to return and why.

Returns within NL and BE:
We are happy to offer you complementary returns for orders within NL or BE. Attach the included PostNL return label on the outside of your parcel and drop at your chosen PostNL drop-off point. If you no longer have this label, you can send us an e-mail with you order number to info@knit-ted.com.

Returns outside NL and BE:
For returns outside NL and BE you will have to bear the return costs yourself. Unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint. Choose the shipping partner you wish, and return the parcel to:

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return or any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

When will my payment be refunded?

Visit your Account to check the status of your returns and the amount owed to you.

Your payment will be refunded when the order is returned. Please allow up to 14 days for you transaction to process. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you have paid by credit of debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.

How to exchange item(s)?
For exchanges, please return item(s) and reorder them online in size or color you would like.
