Shipping and delivery time
On all orders: ordered before 3:00 PM, shipped the same day (except for weekends).
After placing an order on knit-ted.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a track & trace code. Check 'my orders' in your account for shipping information.

If an order is delayed or we are unable to deliver the order, you will be notified within 7 business days of placing the order. If this occurs, the order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund from Knit-ted.
Payment
All transactions are securely processed by Shopify payments. All information exchanged for payment purposes is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This information cannot be traced, intercepted or used by third parties. This data is not stored in our (computer) systems.
We only use the most up-to-date and reliable payment systems. We accept the following payment methods:
- iDeal
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
When you have selected a payment method, specific payment details will be requested. Once you have filled in these details and confirmed the transaction, your payment will be processed automatically.
